Hunan
Yahua Dairy Co., Ltd. has established the quality
management and quality guarantee system strictly according
to the requirements of ISO9000 international standardized
quality management. In addition, the quality management
center has been founded to give a strong support the
products from different factories. At the same time,
a series of quality management system files have been
formed according to the requirements of ISO9000, so
as to guarantee the quality in each section. Meanwhile,
the quality management center has got a big number
of dairy examination professionals with high capabilities,
who all have got the college education or above, as
well as the professional training, and have been doing
the dairy examination work for a many years. There
are all together 65 persons, 40% of whom have been
educated in the related majors in universities. What’s
more, the quality management center have a series
of advanced examination equipments and devices to
ensure the correctness, quickness and reliability
of examination methods, standards and results. In
this way we have made it to keep the ineligible goods
away from entering or exiting the warehouse. The methods
have been listed below:
1. Focus on Milk Source Quality and Hardware Facilities
In 2000, after the reform, the company successfully
passed the authentication of ISO9001 International
Quality System and got the British UKAS Certificate,
being the first one among other counterparts in this
industry on the domestic market. And the development
strategy centered by quality has been ascertained.
In order to guarantee the fine resource of milk, “Nanshan”
constructed a green production base in Shibali Dananshan,
whcih has been ranked in the AAA Class of environmental
assessment. More over, the company made efforts to
Unify the process of epidemic prevention, to Unify
the training, to Unify the hybridization, to Unify
the purchase, to Unify the insurance and to Separate
the business (5U1S Management Project to guarantee
the green milk source). At the same time, a strict
purchase and examination procedure of fresh milk has
been established in the enterprise. And the internationally
advanced automatic fresh milk examination equipments
have been imported to give a 24-hour examination to
the fresh milk. If the impurity or counterfeit problem
is detected, the milk will not be used. In 2000, Yahua
Dairy imported the Milk Powder Production Lines (10000
tons) developed in Germany and Finland, which are
representing the global advancement. This production
line has got an annual productivity of 50 thousand
tons of liquid milk, with a daily manufacturing capacity
of over 300 tons of fresh milk. Now Yahua Dairy is
ready to take the advantage of the green milk resource
and the first class hardware equipments.
2. Enhancement on Process Quality Management
While developing the hardware, Yahua has put great
emphasis on the improvement of the personal capability,
quality concept development and quality management
methods, by making and managing the enterprise strategy,
quality goals, specific procedure in the production,
material purchase, process control, storage of finished
products, professional training to employees and staff
recruitment, strictly according to the ISO International
Standards. And in the production process, we are controlled
by the professional standards, to have every step
of our work guaranteed with perfected operation procedure
and strict examination course. We are insisting to
proceed the normal quality management in the following
ways: 1, to strictly control the quality, according
to the principle of 3E and 3N, which refers to Self
Examination, Mutual Examination and Professional Examination,
and No question will be skipped without any clear
reasons, No possibility will be missed without any
practice and No problem will be overlooked without
any solution. And our work will be principled according
to the belief that quality if the determining factor
for the entire process, that no ineligible material
will be allowed to enter the warehouse and that no
ineligible product will exit the factory. 2, to enhance
the quality supervision and management, as well as
the workshop management. What’s more, the quality
week and regular quality management meeting systems
will be practiced. 3, to enhance the quality assessment,
awarding and punishment. Within the whole company
the 0-defect management system will be utilized to
clarify the responsibility of each person. Since we
are doing a continuous work to improve our quality,
the products of our company have been widely recognized
and accepted by the consumers. For several year, the
brands “Nanshan” and “Binjiale” have been regarded
as the most popular brands for the Hunan consumers,
the well-known trademarks of Hunan Province, the Well-known
brands in China, the Green Food Trademarks and so
on. Such progress has enhanced the reputations of
“Nanshan” and “Binjiale” in the hearts of our consumers.
