For Yahua, December 31st 2003 was really a great day.
After the strategic adjustment and reform, the Hunan
Yahua Dairy Co., Ltd. was established. Hunan Yahua
Dairy Co., Ltd., combining the optimized business
assets of Wangcheng Dairy Industry Zone and Yahua
Binjiale Dairy Co., Ltd., with the two main brands
as “Nanshan” and “Binjiale”, which were bearing good
popularities on the market. As a result, the general
competitiveness of the company was greatly boosted.
“A nation can’t do without people, while people can’t
do without food”. And Yahua has long believed to provide
the high quality products and services, which are
required by the people in the daily life. Since we
regard the consumers as the god, we would make our
best to ensure the quality of products and services,
to meet the standards of environmental protection
and to further improve the people’s health. Product
quality is one of the most important things for the
company. So a quality management committee has been
established to introduce the HACCP Quality Control
System. What’s more the company has successfully passed
the international and domestic authentications of
ISO9001 Quality System, supported by our technical
bases and product development teams, such as Yahua
Dairy Technology Zone, Yahua Post-doctorship Working
Station, Dairy Academy and so on, which are also providing
the long-term contribution to the company development.
There’s an old saying that the fruitfulness is for
the goodness of man. So our company firmly believes
that the first step on the way to success is to have
the right talented persons to work with. We would
love to fully utilize talents of our human resource
and to have every body to be aware of that the efforts
they are definitely important to the company. Bearing
this concept, we are doing our best to make Yahua
Dairy the great family for all the members. The company
has now established and will be improving continuously
the systems of staff training and career planning.
The company structure will be made beneficial for
study and communication. In additional, teamwork spirit
has been deemed to be the most essential idea for
