Yahua Dairy Academy
has got the advanced laboratories and excellent professionals.
By cooperation with Jiale, Nanshan is enjoying a bright
prospect in the business development. And the work
done by the academy has established a wide platform
for the new products development and dairy research
of Yahua Dairy in the future.
Yahua Dairy Academy has combined the processes of
dairy research and development, which have been listed
among the top ones in the industry and which are sharing
a close and corresponding relationship with each other.
Nowadays, the academy has 13 technical professionals,
among whom 2 are doctors, 1 is master and 10 people
with university or college degrees. The main work
is to research and develop the dairy products (including
Milk Powder and Liquid Milk). And now it has been
divided into Liquid Milk Development Department, Yoghourt
Development Department, Milk Powder Development Department
and Examination Center. For every laboratory, there
is a procedure for the new product development, ranging
from market research, product planning, preliminary
examination, preliminary prescription, enterprise
standards making, serial code application and recording
of verification number on the tags to designing of
patterns and words on the packages, secondary examination
and determination of final prescription. And all such
steps will be written on a flow chart, which is regarded
as the accordance of work.
The laboratory has been installed with Automatic
Kjeltec System Distilling Unit, UV/VIS, High Performance
Liquid Chromatography, High Pressure Homogenizers,
Electrochemical Analytical Balance, Double-stability
Electro Phoresis, several units of High Speed Centrifuges,
Hi-shear Emulsifying Machine, Microorganism Incubator
and other experimental equipments. The annual technical
research expenditure counts around 2 million Yuan
RMB.
We, Yahua Dairy Academy, are proud of the past and
