With high quality,
fresh and abundant resource of cattle breeds from
the two pastures of Nanshan and Hunlunbei’er Grassland,
the milk provided by Yahua Dairy has been endowed
with special nutrition elements of the highland pastures.
The advanced high-speed centrifugal technique has
been used in the processing before production to clean
the milk. In this way the tiny dusts, which can’t
be viewed by naked eyes, will be eliminated to ensure
the purity of the material. Pasteurization, Multi-effect
Vacuum Condensation and Negative Pressure Spray Drying
techniques have been practiced in the latter working
period. What’s more, the vaporization under low temperature
can keep the nutrition elements to the maximum, while
After-Agglomeration of Fines equaling the product
granules, which can be dissolved with cold water.
The powder packaging workshop is wholly decorated
by and equipped with the shiny side Color Steel Plate
and 100k cleaning air-conditioners, so as to meet
the GMP requirements for the packaging environment,
with a sample eligibility of 100%.
A whole set of Sweden Tetra Pak 150T/D Production
Line has been installed for the liquid milk manufacturing,
equipped with the complete devices for temperature
control, pressure control, liquid level display and
flow display. The production process can be controlled
by machine automatically or by hands, while the complete
CIP system has been installed on the production line
in order to realize the cleaning of equipments at
any moment of the production. What’s more there is
also a central monitor on the production line to monitor
the running statuses of all the working equipments.
The production line also has the Pasteurization and
UTH Sterilization equipments, which can help produce
the UHT sterilized dairy products, including Tetra
Pak Brick, Tetra Pak Pillow and Baili Bag. And the
pasteurization dairy products that can be produced
include Fresh House, Yoghourt Cup and Linked Yoghourt
Cups. The light steel structure, which can meet the
cleaning standards, is utilized for the whole workshop.
As for the packaging workshop, the general clean decoration
of Color Steel Plate is used, with the central air-conditioner
in the workshop and the ones in the cleaning area
having met the highest standard of GMP for production:
100k.
