Dairy (Wangcheng) Dairy Industrial Zone
Yahua Dairy Wangcheng Dairy Industrial Zone is a
modern zoological technology zone, which was established
by Yahua Dairy with a total investment of around 100
million Yuan RMB, located in the Hunan High-tech Food
Industrial Base, covering an area of 218 Chinese acres.
Facilities in the industrial zone have been well allocated
and beautifully designed, which can be divided into
2 parts: Dairy Production Center and Embryo Transplanting
Center. And the former one can also be divided in
to Liquid Milk Production Area , Milk Powder Production
Area and Power Supplying Area ; and Embryo Transplanting
Center includes Embryo Transplanting Area, Forage
Mixing and Manufacturing Area. The five areas are
independent from, while connecting to, each other.
In addition, from a bird-eye-view, the whole industrial
zone has been covered by grass and trees, becoming
a fantastic picture on the southern part of Wangcheng.
It has a really good environment.
1. Dairy Production Center
This project covers an area of 108 Chinese acres,
including the main workshop of daily manufacturing
ability of 150 tons, the milk powder workshop with
an annual productivity of 10 thousand tons, Power
Supplying Area and facilities of environmental protection,
virescence and so on.
A, Production Area of Liquid Milk:
This area is the core center of the industrial zone,
with an investment of over 40 million Yuan RMB on
the import of equipments, which are from Sweden, Italy,
USA, France, Singapore and other countries and of
the international advancement. And the production
line with a daily manufacturing ability of 150 tons
of fresh milk has been installed and configured by
the experts of Swedish Tetra Pak Company. It is the
largest fresh milk manufacturing production line in
Hunan Province, which covers the processes of collection
of materials, pre-proposal of fresh milk, sterilization
and packaging. Every step of the work is controlled
by computer and completed automatically, with a productivity
of over 20 kinds of 3 series of products, including
preserved milk, sterilized preserved milk, yoghourt,
lactobacillus beverages and so on. The productivity
has reached 50 tons of preserved milk, 70 tons of
sterilized preserved milk, 30 tons of yoghourt and
lactobacillus beverages per day. Therefore, the requirements
of consumers and the market can be fulfilled. And
this project has reached the advanced level on the
domestic market, with the total construction meeting
the standards of GMP authentication and passing that
of the HAACP Quality Authentication.
B. Production Area of Milk Powder
The Milk Powder Production Line has been constructed
according to the GMP Authentication. It is of great
advancement on the domestic market.
C. Power Supplying Area
Including Boiler Room, Power Workshop, Clean Water
Pond, Environmental Protection Facilities and so on,
it is regarded as the logistic and supplying station
for the entire Industrial Zone, which is doing a great
job to guarantee the production in the whole Industrial
Zone.
2. Embryo Transplanting Center
Embryo Transplanting Center covers an area of 110
Chinese acres. As a testing base to raise the cows
with fine breeds, it is planning to import 600 Holstein
cows with fine genes. Now, being capable to take the
technical missions from the country, the provinces
and the cities, it is working to provide more cows
with fine breeds to the company and farmers, by using
the technology of embryo transplant.
A. Embryo Transplanting Area:
Currently the increase rate of cows on the domestic
market is 10%, while that of the dairy sales amount
is 30%. So in the next 3 to 5 years, the construction
of dairy resource bases will become the key point
of enterprise investment. Now the total number of
stabled cows in this country is around 6 million.
In order to quicken the development of dairy resources,
our company has specially built the Embryo Transplanting
Center in the Industrial Zone and 3 modernized cow
stable houses, so as to develop the number cows with
fine genes in our company. We are planning to import
600 such kind of cows from Australia, which will be
managed completely according to the EDT System, so
as to ensure the cleanness of the milk. In “EDT”,
E means a system to give the entire management over
the production environment of milk, by having the
cows living in the dry, clean and comfortable environment;
D refers to the determination system on the productivity
improvement, which is a set of effective management
methods to improve the cow breeds, to promote the
productivity of the cows and to make a good record;
T goes to TMP, which is the forage mixing feeding
methods, to keep the cows away from selecting the
foods, to improve the health of the cow’s stomach,
to save the forages, to enhance the nutrition balance
and to have the cows to eat more solid foods.
B, Forage Mixing Area
Now the cow raising technology on the globe is developing
very fast, with the traditional technics being more
and more replaced by the modernized one. So in this
area we’ll raise the cows with the modern techniques,
which give a general control and management over the
breeds selection, forage prescription, environmental
control, milk production amount and forage selection,
so as to meet the sanitary standards for milk and
to guarantee the quality of the liquid milk.
